The spacious and well ventilated Dining Hall at Balaji Nirogdham, providing all three meals, has a capacity to serve about 50 people in a shift. Different vegetarian menu is served each day, keeping in mind the different requirements of the patients. A balanced diet made from home grown fresh vegetables is served by hospitable and courteous staff, which compliments the undergoing treatment process of the patients. The kitchen attached with the dining hall has modern equipment including deep freezers, cleaning systems and covered shelves. High standards of hygiene are maintained in the kitchen, and the food is cooked by experienced chefs, by using natural ingredients.
